観光で奥さんと築地へ。ちょっと奮発して記念に三徳包丁を購入。奥さんへのプレゼントとしました。 お店のほうは家族で切り盛りされているようで、親切丁寧な対応で感心しました。とても分かりやすく商品の特徴を教えてくれます。 切れ味抜群の包丁でした。長く大事に使って行きます。

We went to the market with the intention of purchasing a chefs knife and after visiting every shop selling knives, we returned to Seisuke as they offered the greatest variety. Loik was incredibly helpful, educating us on the difference between powdered steel and stainless steel. We ended up purchasing a spectacular handmade knife with a rosewood and turquoise handle. We went in looking for a functional high quality blade and left with a piece of art! I particularly loved Loik pointing out the picture of the master who made our knife. I highly recommend making this a stop when in Tokyo!

Hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was greeted and had all questions politely answered and spent over an hour in the store. I checked every other store in the area and ended up coming back because Seisuke Knife in Tsukiji was unmatched.
