YUCa's Japanese Cooking

Yuca was wonderful. We enjoyed the cooking class very much. Yuca was very informative about many aspects of Japanese life especially as far as good of concerned. We cooked delicious Ramen and made excellent Gioza and it was delicious. The whole atmosphere is very comfortable in a small group. I highly recommend Yuca's coming class in Tokyo if you're looking for a wonderful way to understand better the amazing Japanese culture

We absolutely loved Yuca’s Japanese Cooking Class! We learned how to make traditional Japanese ramen and gyoza from scratch, and Yuca was the most patient, kind, and encouraging teacher. She walked us through every step, shared great tips, and made the whole experience so much fun. We also loved that she gave us local recommendations for other spots to check out in Tokyo — such a thoughtful touch. We can’t wait to make these dishes at home! Highly recommend this experience.

This cooking course experience was absolutely fantastic. Yuca provided a warm and welcoming environment to learn about Japanese home cooking. We made several dishes that were all delicious. Since getting back to the UK we can't get enough of the dishes she helped us create. I would very much recommend this fantastic experience.

Our family had an amazing cooking class (ramen and gyoza) and Yuca was simply delightful and the food experience was fantastic. She was so good with our kids/teens and it was a gift to be welcomed in her home for this class. Highly recommend!

YUCa’s Japanese Cooking was a highlight of our trip! Our class (bento boxes) was so much fun. We cooked a lot of different foods and learned about the styles of cooking, and she made it easy and interesting. Everything was delicious, and we were able to take our time and ask plenty of questions. I would definitely take the class again.

Tolle Erfahrung mit noch viel besserer Gastgeberin. Wer kochen mag fühlt sich hier wie zuhause. Und selbst Menschen ohne kocherfahrung werden sehr gut eingebunden. Yuca ist als Gastgeberin wie eine eigene Mutter und stellt stets sicher, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen. Wer japanisch Kochen lernen möchte ist hier definitiv gut aufgehoben. Würde definitiv nochmal buchen, sollte ich nochmal herkommen.

Great cooking experience with Yuca. We were 2 families, altogether 8 people. Yuca is funny and kind, and the class was so fun. We ate it all at the end, and it was delicious. We got detailed explanations and step by step instructions. The space was great and we could buy some items at the end. So much fun !
